i think that ana should be unmuted because she has been a very good player by not cursing for over use of caps

It doesn't matter that she didn't swear or use caps. She was very rude to staff on multiple occasions and if she wants to be unmuted she can make an account and fill out a unmute appeal herself.

I agree with ethan she doesn't know how to make an account she has tried and couldn't understand despite us explaining it to her and shes dealing with a lot of stuff atm
